Résumé :
Maui's new police chief has barely taken over an understaffed department when he discovers a serial killer preying on his island. Despite having a cadre of experienced detectives, the department lacks a specialized homicide unit. Biographie:
Marty Martins is the author of the award-winning Young Adult novel, The Blizzard. A retired career prosecutor, Martins was also an adjunct professor for twenty-five years. In addition to contributing articles to numerous magazines, he served as editor of two trade magazines and was a contributing editor to World Book Encyclopedia.
