This book examines the changing influences of diversity in American higher education. Biographie: Marguerite Bonous-Hammarth, Ph.D., serves in leadership at the University of California, Irvine, with over 20 years of experience in higher education administration, research, and teaching. She explores diversity and organizational change issues by bringing evidence into practice and exploring person-environment fit across values to improve individual and institutional success.
