Orri wasn't supposed to be my alpha. But he's the only one who can get me through my first heat. Being matched with an alien to have a baby was supposed to be my escape. But my new start shattered when my alpha gave his life trying to protect me from kidnappers. When I met Orri, I was injured, going into heat, and terrified. He kept me safe though, and instead of abandoning me to suffer alone in my heat, this menacing alpha warlord stays at my side. I'm torn, my heart splintering.
