Biographie: CLAUDIA RUEDA's picture books include My Little Polar Bear (Oppenheim Platinum Award, NYC Society of Illustrators Original Art Show selection), Let's Play in the Forest (National Parenting Publications Award, Colombian IBBY Honor List) and Nacho and Lolita by Pam Munoz Ryan (Child magazine Best Children's Books List, NYC Society of Illustrators Original Art Show selection). Her picture books have been published in Mexico, Spain and the US and translations have been published in Asia and Europe. Claudia has also worked as a political cartoonist and has written educational books for UNICEF. She lives with her family in Bogota, Colombia.
