Sally Alter is a prolific writer who has had bipolar disorder for over fifty years. She is also a Registered Nurse. Sally published her first book, How to Live with Bipolar at 73 and has gone on to publish two more books on bipolar - Bipolar 1 Disorder Rescue Plan, and 37 Symptoms of Bipolar Depression. Helping people and their families and friends through the stress and strain of bipolar has become her mission. Sally is from London and now lives in Texas. She has traveled all over America in an RV and visited many European countries.
