Biographie:
Annette Copeland was raised in a small mid-Missouri town. She left home at 16 to get married and begin a family of her own which set off a series of events that created a life she never dreamed of. After raising her daughter as a single mom, Annette became a Naturopathic Doctor and followed her dreams of traveling throughout North America. In 2020 Annette returned to Southern Missouri with intentions of finishing this book which was started in 2006. After spending much time contemplating her own journey and growth over the first 50 years of her life she decided to create a book that was entertaining, engaging and educational. Her passion is helping others become the best version of themselves while raising awareness and encouraging her clients to break the bonds of toxic and abusive behaviors while raising emotional intelligence so that the next generation of humans are free to become who they were meant to be without the weight of generations of shame and guilt passed down from our ancestors.
