      Biographie:
Alexander Arnot, better known as Alex, born August 6, 1996, has spent most of his life in Orange, Massachusetts.Poetry and writing have always been a part of his life. As a child, he wrote lighthearted, silly poems in elementary school journals and while playing pretend with his friends. In his teens, he wrote dark, morbid song lyrics at home and in writing classes. The Dream Keeper and other poems by Langston Hughes inspire his style and use of language. Media, literature, games, and music also inspire Alex to weave his thoughts and dreams into stories and poetry to share with the world and offer a look into his mind.Alex enjoys science fiction, fantasy, and the supernatural with a later taste for horror. His journey to pursue poetry and writing began in his91junior year of high school when he took his first creative writing class. A few years later, Alex joined a poetry website, poetfreak.com, where he shared his poems and met other poets. He also frequents and regularly posts to mypoeticside.com.From the age of nineteen, Alex struggled with depression reflected in morbid and depressing poetry. From the age of twenty-four, he overcame depression and focuses on commentary and fantasy-based writing. In his poetry, Alex attempts to craft worlds, characters, and stories in ways of a dream. He invites readers to join him on a journey through his thoughts, opinions, dreams, and nightmares.
