Biographie:
Author Carolyn McCarthy first discovered cumbia camping on the Inca Trail many years ago. For this trip, she sampled hundreds of Peruvian delicacies, climbed Wayna Picchu and visited one medical clinic. Some of her other Lonely Planet titles include Argentina, Panama, Yellowstone & Grand Teton National Parks : USA, The Travel Book, Best in Travel and Trekking in the Patagonian Andes.
